ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We like to eat lunch together and we value our positive atmosphere in this small team. We are open Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm and are in search of a motivated sales and service individual to add their value to our office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Auto and Home sales and service in small office environment.
- Answer incoming calls and emails while providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Homeowner Insurance sales experience. Citizens experience is a plus.
- Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
- Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members
- Proactive in problem-solving
- Full time availability between Monday and Friday.

Compensation: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
